Susceptibility and retentivity – വശഗതയും റിറ്റന്റിവിറ്റിയും

Susceptibility is the measure of how easily a material can be magnetized, while retentivity is the measure of how much magnetism a material can retain after being magnetized. Whereas susceptibility is a measure of the ease of magnetization, retentivity is a measure of how long the magnetism remains after the magnetizing force is removed. Magnetic materials can have different levels of susceptibility and retentivity.
