Role of muscles in voluntary and involuntary movements – ഐചിക ചലനങ്ങളിലും അനൈചിക ചലനങ്ങളിലും പേശികളുടെ പങ്ക്

Voluntary movements are movements that are initiated and controlled by conscious effort. The muscles responsible for voluntary movements are skeletal muscles, which are controlled by the brain and nervous system. These muscles are responsible for all conscious body movements, such as walking, running, lifting and playing sports.
Involuntary movements are movements that occur without conscious effort or control. These include reflexes, and movements made by the smooth and cardiac muscles. The smooth muscles are responsible for involuntary movements such as digestion, control of blood vessels, urination and breathing. The cardiac muscles are responsible for the involuntary pumping action of the heart.
