When earthquakes occur infrasonic waves are produced and animals respond to it. why ?
Infrasonic waves are sound waves that have a frequency lower than the lower limit of human hearing, which is typically around 20 Hz. It is believed that animals can sense these low frequency sound waves better than humans because they have more sensitive hearing and are better at detecting vibrations in the earth. Animals may be able to detect infrasonic waves before an earthquake occurs, which helps them to prepare for or even avoid the quake.
