Global pressure belts – ആഗോളമര്‍ദമേഖലകള്‍

Global pressure belts are regions of the Earth’s atmosphere characterized by similar pressure, temperature, and wind patterns. They are primarily divided into three categories: the equatorial low pressure belt, the subpolar low pressure belt, and the polar high pressure belt. The equatorial low pressure belt is located between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn and is the warmest and most humid region. The subpolar low pressure belt is located between the polar circles and the Tropics and is characterized by cool, moist air. The polar high pressure belt is located around the North and South Poles and is characterized by cold, dry air.
