MALALA YOUSAFZAI was born on July 12th 1997 in SWAT VALLEY,PAKISTAN.
She attended the school founded by her Father ”ZIAUDDIN YOUSAFZAI”. Her Mother’s name is ”TOR PEKAI YOUSAFZAI”.
During her school days, ”TALIBANS” take control of ”SWAT VALLEY” and began attacking Girls school.
In 2008, she made a speech ”HOW DARE THE TALIBAN TAKE AWAY MY BASIC RIGHT TO EDUCATION” against the Talibans.
In 2009,at the age of 11, She began blogging for the ”BBC” ( BRITISH BROADCASTING CHANNEL) against Talibans Activities under the name ”GUL MAKAI”.
Later during the end of 2009, every one come to know that ”MALALA YOUSAFZAI” was the BBC Blogger under the name ”GUL MAKAI”
She Continued to speak for the ”Right of all Women” to Education, against the Talibans.
In 2011,she was awarded ”PAKISTAN’S NATIONAL YOUTH PEACE PRIZE”.
ON October 9,2012,when she was traveling along with her friends to home from school in school Bus, a masked gunman attacked the bus and fired her.
The Bullet hit the ”left side of her head” and traveled down her Neck. Two of her friends also got injured in the attack.
She was first taken to a “MILITARY HOSPITAL” in “PESHWAR” and to receive further care, she was taken to “BIRMINGHAM”,ENGLAND.
After a years treatment, In 2013,she was able to begin attending school in BIRMINGHAM,ENGLAND.
On her 16th birthday in 2013,she gave a “SPEECH AT UNITED NATIONS” on her FOCUS ON EDUCATION AND WOMAN’S RIGHT.
Inspired by her Ambition and speech, “UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL BAN KI MOON” declared her Birthday “12th JULY”, as “MALALA DAY”.
IN 2013,the “EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT”awarded her the “SAKHAROV PRIZE”.
In 2013,she along with her Father Launched the “MALALA FUND”.MALALA FUND works to give Girls around the World “12 years of free,safe and Quality Education”.
In October 2014,she became “THE YOUNGEST PERSON TO RECEIVE THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE AT THE AGE OF 17” along with “INDIA’S CHILDREN’S RIGHTS ACTIVISTS KAILASH SATYARTHI”
In 2015,she opened a New school in LEBANON for “SYRIAN REFUGEE GIRLS”.This SCHOOL educated nearly 200 Syrian Girls free of cost.
In 2017,UNITED NATION appointed her as “MESSANGER OF PEACE” to promote GIRLS EDUCATION.
In 2017,she started studying “PHILOSOPHY AND POLITICS” at “OXFORD UNIVERSITY”.
Also in 2017,she received “HONORARY CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP”.
In 2018,she returned to PAKISTAN for a four day trip visiting her Former home and school.
